Did you know that the health of your mouth affects the health of your body?
Tooth and gum disease can have effects that go far beyond discolored teeth, discomfort or bad breath. Maintain good oral hygiene and you'll have a healthier body.
1) Brush teeth twice a day - brush for at least 3 minutes.
2) Floss every day - It's a great habit to have, flossing will ensure that you get to all the little crevices in between the teeth.
3) Rinse with mouthwash - this will help improve your oral health.
4) Chew Sugar Free Gum or try the Xylitol Ice Chips. This will help fight tooth decay and freshen your breath.
